Shipping and Returns Policy
US and Canada
All prices on our website include FREE SHIPPING to the U.S. and Canada on all orders under $75. Small books, unframed prints and note cards are sent via the U.S. Postal Service; limited edition books, framed prints and some other items are sent via UPS.
There is no need to enter any shipping charges when you place your order through our website on PayPal. Your order automatically will be processed with free shipping. If you have a larger order or want to place a rush order with Priority or Express shipping, please contact us directly.
We will try to fill your order as quickly as possible but please remember that we are a small press – and our motto is slow but steady.
Overseas
Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order from overseas. We will be glad to take your order, determine the best method of shipment and calculate the specific shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Items
Turtle Light Press will replace free of charge any items that are damaged or do not arrive in the shipping process. Please simply contact us to let us know about the problem and we will reship your order as soon as possible.

Turtle Light Press wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If you do not like what you have purchased for any reason, whether it is a book, print or note card, please contact us so that we can try to please you or arrange a refund.
